I think I figured out why this calico cat adopted us—and also why she’s been so cranky with our other cats.
She’s already pregnant.
I’ve been feeling pretty annoyed with her lately and getting tired of looking for her at night to see if she wants to come in. I feel like she’s treating us like a kitty hotel. But now I see that her belly is swelling. She hasn’t been with us for long so I doubt my cat is the dad, but of course, you never know. Gotta get him fixed so I don’t have to wonder.
Meantime, anyone want to adopt?
